When you purchase any full price item and enter your details at checkout we will add the purchase to your loyalty account. We will wait 7 days after your purchase to do this to ensure you are keeping your item.

If we have missed adding points for your order please send us an email on fashion@isthislove.co.nz so we can get it sorted.

If you have a reward to redeem and want to use for an online purchase you will need to message us with the code so we can activate the discount.

$1 = 1 point

500 points will earn you a $40 discount on your next purchase however...

1000 points will earn a $100 discount so you may want to stack your points up.

Points expire after 24months.
